Our client, a growing immigration and business law practice is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to support a high-volume caseload focused on investor, employment-based, and business immigration matters. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys client interaction, and has experience managing multiple active cases simultaneously.
The successful candidate will have direct experience supporting attorneys with complex immigration filings, maintaining client communications, and managing deadlines across a substantial caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and file immigration petitions, applications, supporting documentation, and correspondence with USCIS and other government agencies.
- Support a variety of business and employment-based immigration matters, including E-2, EB-5, L-1, H-1B, TN, O-1, and PERM cases.
- Assist with adjustment of status applications, consular processing, Requests for Evidence (RFEs), and other immigration-related filings.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing case updates and document guidance throughout the immigration process.
- Maintain and manage 50–80 active immigration cases simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and adherence to critical deadlines.
- Collect, review, and organize supporting documentation, including corporate records, financial statements, source-of-funds documentation, and other evidentiary materials.
- Track case progress, filing deadlines, expiration dates, and follow-up requirements to ensure timely case completion.
- Conduct immigration-related legal research and assist attorneys with case preparation and strategy development.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical case files in accordance with firm procedures and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Direct experience as an Immigration Paralegal or Immigration Legal Assistant.
- Experience managing deadlines and client communications across 50–80 active immigration cases simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience supporting business immigration matters.
- Experience preparing and submitting USCIS filings, petitions, RFEs, adjustment of status applications, and consular processing matters.
- Strong understanding of immigration case management processes and documentation requirements.
- Experience reviewing corporate documents, financial records, source-of-funds documentation, and supporting evidence packages.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven legal environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000 – $65,000
- Approximately $50,000 for candidates with limited direct immigration experience
- Up to $65,000 for candidates with 2–3+ years of relevant business immigration experience
