Position Overview
Maybelle Francisco Law is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Immigration Specialist (In office - Paramus) to support our growing immigration law practice. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, compassionate, and able to manage multiple immigration matters in a fast-paced environment.
This position involves direct communication with clients, preparation of immigration forms and filings, case tracking, document collection, scheduling, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients regarding case updates, document requests, and appointments
- Prepare immigration forms and filing packets under attorney supervision
- Draft basic correspondence, cover letters, and follow-up emails
- Organize and maintain digital client files and case records
- Track case deadlines, RFEs, biometrics, interviews, and filing dates
- Assist with intake consultations and client onboarding
- Upload and manage documents through case management systems
- Coordinate with government agencies, vendors, and outside counsel when needed
- Schedule consultations, meetings, and interview preparation sessions
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years immigration experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional and client-service oriented demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and online systems
- Experience with BlueDot immigration case management platforms is a plus
- Bilingual English/Filipino (Tagalog)
