A busy and growing immigration law practice in Tampa is seeking a detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal with at least two years of experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, can manage a high-volume caseload, and has strong writing and organizational skills. You will work closely with attorneys to prepare immigration filings, manage case documentation, and support clients throughout the legal process.

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | In-Office
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and draft immigration filings including U Visa applications, PERM, and H-1B petitions
*
Draft affidavits, legal memoranda, and supporting documentation for USCIS submissions
*
Assist attorneys with case preparation and document collection
*
Manage and track a high-volume caseload, ensuring all deadlines and compliance requirements are met
*
Communicate with clients regarding case status, documentation needs, and next steps
*
Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical case files
*
Stay up to date with changes in immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
Qualifications
*
Associate’s degree required
*
Minimum 2+ years of immigration paralegal experience
*
Experience handling high-volume caseloads
*
Strong legal writing, communication, and organizational skills
*
Hands-on experience with U Visas, PERM, H-1B filings, and affidavits
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
*
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
