Rush Translations & Immigrant Services is hiring experienced Spanish interpreters in Tampa and the surrounding region for in-person USCIS immigration appointments.
About the role:
We dispatch interpreters to USCIS field office and asylum office appointments to support clients during interviews. Assignments are scheduled in advance and typically last 2-4 hours, sometimes longer.
Location:
USCIS Office at 5629 Hoover Blvd, Tampa, FL. We also serve clients across the broader Tampa metropolitan area.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate consecutive interpretation between Spanish and English
- Arrive 30 minutes before scheduled appointment time
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct
- Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before your first assignment

Requirements:
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Prior interpretation experience (immigration experience preferred but not required)

This is an independent contractor (1099) position. We are growing rapidly and looking to build long-term relationships with quality interpreters across the country.
