RelisLaw is Seeking a U.S. licensed Contract Attorney for Remote Immigration Legal Services, with a focus on Initial Consultation Sales Meetings.
We are a growing practice, looking for one or more contract immigration attorneys to assist our law firm on a per-case basis.
Qualifications:
- Experience with a high-volume practice
- Regardless of location, must have a Juris Doctor degree and be admitted to practice law in the United States
- Must possess 2+ years of Immigration law experience. Preferably with experience in about half of the following case-types - Fiancé & family-based immigration cases, 601/A Waivers, Naturalization, EB-2 National Interest Waiver, E-2 Business Visas, O-1Visas, Asylum, VAWA, U Visas, T Visas
- Excellent writing and communication skills are required
- Proven history of meticulous work product, strong attention to detail
- Must be able to set priorities and exercise good judgment
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Prior law firm experience is required
Work Location: Remote, from home, global
Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible work schedule
Responsibilities:
- Conduct video consultations with clients and potential clients
- Supervise and improve cases prepared by paralegal team, which may include preparing documents in clients’files
- Managing legal documentation and correspondence confidentiality
