A law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join its Miami, Florida office. This position offers the opportunity to manage a broad range of immigration matters while working with an established legal team serving individuals and businesses. The practice includes family-based immigration, business immigration, asylum matters, residency, naturalization, and related immigration proceedings.
The attorney will handle legal research, case strategy, document preparation, client counseling, and representation throughout various stages of immigration matters. The position requires excellent legal judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining a high standard of client service.
The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues on complex legal issues while independently managing assigned matters and maintaining organized case files.

Duties
• Conduct legal research and analyze immigration laws, regulations, and case authority.
• Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients during negotiations and court proceedings when required.
• Advise clients regarding immigration strategies and legal options.
• Prepare and present cases before appropriate courts or government agencies.
• Collaborate with attorneys on complex immigration matters.
• Maintain complete, organized, and accurate client files and case documentation.

Requirements
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to a state bar association.
• Minimum of 10 years of legal experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
