The Opportunity
This is a fully remote position, giving you the freedom to build a fulfilling legal career from anywhere while serving clients across a diverse range of immigration matters. You'll manage your own caseload, advocate directly for clients before USCIS, EOIR, and BIA, and collaborate closely with a supportive legal team that values your expertise.

What You'll Do
- Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA)
- Manage family-based immigration, removal defense, asylum, VAWA, U/T Visas, SIJS, and waiver cases from start to finish
- Draft motions, briefs, waivers, and legal filings with precision
- Conduct client consultations and comprehensive case evaluations
- Collaborate with firm leadership and support staff to ensure outstanding client outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Active license and good standing with a U.S. State Bar (required)
- 1+ years of immigration law experience (removal defense experience a strong plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a substantial caseload independently
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Haitian Creole) preferred but not required
