Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, for an Immigration Attorney. The Immigration Attorney will handle a diverse range of immigration-related matters, including advising clients on visas, citizenship applications, and other immigration processes; representing clients before immigration authorities and courts; conducting legal research; and preparing detailed legal documentation. The role requires a high level of client interaction and a commitment to providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Immigration Law, including handling Immigration Issues and legal processes.
- Experience with Visa applications and procedures.
- Strong understanding of general Legal Issues and their implications in the immigration context.
- Exceptional communication, research, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Active license to practice law in the State of Florida is required.
- Familiarity with managing cases and interacting with a diverse clientele is highly beneficial.
