Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Associate Immigration Attorney to join our team. The Associate Immigration Attorney will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload and handling all aspects of immigration law, including client communication, case strategy, legal research, and drafting of petitions, motions, and briefs. Experience in employment based visas and federal practice preferred but not required. This is an onsite role located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with a State Bar Association
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in immigration law, including affirmative filings with USCIS, Consular Processing (NVC), Removal Defense and Appeals
• Excellent legal writing and research skills, including experience drafting petitions, motions, and briefs
• Experience managing and mentoring junior attorneys and support staff a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience with case management software, preferably with CLIO and Docketwise
• Bilingual fluency, English and Spanish, required
