Job Summary:

The Receptionist position is best suited for an individual with excellent communications and customer service skills. The ideal candidate also has to be highly organized, a self-starter, and motivated to support our clients and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients and other guests;
Manage attorney calendars and schedule meetings for several busy attorneys;
Answer incoming calls and book consultations for the attorneys;
Route incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff;
Perform other related tasks at the direction of the administrative team

Qualifications:

Associate's degree
Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative and/or office setting ideally a law office setting
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently without much supervision in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual - Spanish speaker is a must

The expected hourly rate for this position is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour with a 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM schedule Monday to Friday in office.
