We are seeking an Immigration and Contracts Coordinator to join our Legal Team. This role will support and manage the immigration and visa processes for the agency’s international models and talent. The Immigration and Contracts Coordinator will oversee all aspects of immigration case coordination and compliance, working closely with outside counsel, model managers, mother agents, and internal departments to ensure a seamless experience for talent working in the U.S.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. This role will assist with preparing visa-related documentation, tracking case progress, coordinating travel and work authorization needs, and serving as a key point of contact for immigration matters affecting international talent.

Responsibilities

Coordinate employment-based visa and immigration matters for international models and talent.
Prepare, organize, and maintain immigration case files and supporting documentation.
Track visa expirations, renewals, filing deadlines, and case progress.
Communicate with outside immigration counsel, model managers, mother agents, and talent regarding case updates and requirements.
Assist with onboarding international models and ensuring proper work authorization documentation is completed and maintained.
Coordinate immigration-related logistics tied to travel, bookings, castings, and work eligibility.
Maintain accurate immigration records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and agency policies.
Draft, review, and coordinate talent contracts, booking agreements, and related legal documentation.
Liaise with model managers, mother agents, and legal representatives to ensure timely execution and compliance of contracts.
Track contract terms, renewal deadlines, and required documentation to support smooth talent placements and engagements.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to immigration processing and international talent management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in immigration coordination, visa processing, talent management, or administrative support preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
Proactive, dependable, and able to prioritize workload efficiently.
Interest in fashion, modeling, entertainment, or talent management.
