Daryanani Law Group (DLG), a boutique business immigration firm in New York City, is hiring an Immigration Paralegal with at least 2 years of experience to join their busy practice with high-end clientele to focus primarily on I-130s, I-140s, AOS, and naturalization. Depending on the workload, there may be an opportunity to prepare and file other employment-based cases as well.
Here’s the important info about the role:
- Salary: $65K/year to $90K/year, depending on experience and qualifications.

- Work Location: The role will initially be 5 days in the office in Chelsea (7th Avenue and 29th Street). After the three-month introductory period, a hybrid schedule (3 days in office with 2 work-from-home days per week) will be designated by the firm based on business needs and performance.

- Education required:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
- The-Day-to-Day Work: Under attorney supervision, manage the full lifecycle of cases including I-130s, I-140s, AOS, and N-400s. Communicate daily with clients via phone and email as well as with government agencies. Manage various administrative tasks related to paralegal duties including invoicing, file management, copying, and other admin duties.
