To be considered you’ll need

Successfully passed NCLEX Exam
A registered nurse (RN) License in the US or Canada.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
1 year or more nursing experience in LTC

Location: Multiple locations in the US

Schedule: Days and Night shifts available, full time hours - 36 hours a week, rotating weekends.

Shifts: 12 hour shift options available.

Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN-LTC)

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in assessing, planning, and implementing personalized nursing care. This role involves direct and supervisory responsibilities, ensuring safety, dignity, and excellence in clinical outcomes for every resident.

Responsibilities Include:

Perform comprehensive assessments, document nursing histories, and monitor residents' conditions, reporting significant changes to the healthcare team.
Contribute to individualized care plans and ensure their effective implementation based on assessment findings and resident needs.
Collaborate closely with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to establish care goals and priorities.
Supervise and guide nonprofessional staff, providing instruction and oversight to ensure consistent, quality care.
Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and document outcomes in residents’ medical records.
Actively participate in unit meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and interdisciplinary care planning (IDT) processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices through ongoing education and training.
Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and infection control standards.
Foster emotional and psychological support for residents by promoting open communication and a respectful, empathetic environment.
