We are seeking an entry level to experienced Immigration attorney to join our office. Apply if you are looking to work diligently and help people from all over the world. We assist victims from around the world looking for immigration, family, criminal and wills. Therefore, you MUST be bilingual in either Spanish/English or English/Nepali.

We are looking for an associate that has no ego and is not afraid to jump right into court appearances, consultations, writing briefs, and answering phones! We are looking for 0-5 year immigration attorney licensed in any U.S. jurisdiction and will consider those awaiting bar results.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Must be in good standing and licensed in any U.S. Jurisdiction;

- 0-5 years of immigration experience preferred;

-Experience in asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile Petition, U-visa, VAWA, T-visa;

- Bilingual required;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
