Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Immigration Paralegal at Pirela Law, PLLC. The Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, research on immigration issues, assisting with immigration court filings, and supporting the attorneys in immigration law matters. This role will be primarily based in Houston, TX, with some flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience in Immigration Law and Legal Document Preparation for Immigration Court
- Strong understanding of legal procedures and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or related field, is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is required
