Lucid is seeking to hire an organized and detail-oriented Immigration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the immigration and relocation processes for employees and candidates, ensuring smooth transitions through efficient document management, vendor coordination, and travel logistics. The ideal candidate will have experience with immigration and relocation programs, and a strong ability to handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You Will
- Assist with relocation-related travel bookings, acting as the main point of contact between employees/candidates and Lucid’s travel provider.
- Support the immigration team by reviewing document content and preparing materials for sign-off on pending immigration cases.
- Manage vendor engagement for mobility service delivery, including reviewing invoices for policy adherence and inputting expenses into MoveTrack.
- Monitor Immigration and Mobility Purchase Order balances, and assist in the submission of Purchase Requests.
- Aid in contract submissions and status reviews for new vendors, ensuring timely onboarding.
- Facilitate the approval process for business-level immigration case initiation.
- Initiate cases with Lucid’s Immigration partner, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Assist with business visa program document collection for all Lucid locations, ensuring compliance with immigration requirements.
- Monitor the immigration alias email and distribute inquiries, requests, and notifications as necessary to the appropriate team members.
You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience supporting or administering immigration and relocation programs.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors, Agiloft, Ineo Move Track (or Equus/Orion), Greenhouse, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel focus preferred).
This role is based out of our new office in Southfield, MI.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$74,800—$102,850 USD
