Immigration Attorney - Michigan

Essential Responsibilities

Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex immigration law issues to develop effective case strategies.
Stay updated on immigration law trends and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations.
Provide high-quality legal work efficiently, meeting the firm's performance expectations.
Utilize the firm's technology platform to enhance efficiency and transparency in case management.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting colleagues as needed.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with team members and clients.
Work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan and in good standing.
At least 1-3 years of experience in employment-based immigration law.
Proficiency in preparing nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions such as H-1B, L-1, PERM, and responses to RFEs.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
