The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of immigration processes and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The Immigration Paralegal will work closely with our attorneys to prepare and file immigration petitions and applications, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in preparing and filing various immigration petitions and applications, including but not limited to family-based petitions, employment-based petitions, and naturalization applications.
Conduct thorough research on immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
Prepare and organize documents, evidence, and supporting materials for immigration cases.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records.
Monitor case status and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely processing.
Draft correspondence, affidavits, and legal documents for attorney review.
Stay current on changes in immigration law and policy.
Perform administrative duties as needed, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and handling client inquiries.
