Russian-Speaking Immigration Attorney (Part-Time, Hourly)

We are seeking a qualified Russian-speaking Immigration Attorney to join our team on a part-time, hourly basis. This position involves supervising paralegals, conducting client consultations, and providing expert advice on immigration matters. This role is not a traditional 9-to-5 position but is flexible in terms of work hours.

Duties:
- Supervise Paralegals in O-1, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 cases, family-based immigration
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

- Provide expert advice and consultation on immigration-related matters primarily for Russian-speaking clients.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Draft legal documents, including cover letters
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients.

Skills:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school.

- Proficient in Russian, both spoken and written.

- Admission to the state bar association.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Compensation:

Hourly pay based on billed work, open to discuss
