We’re looking for a sharp, bilingual attorney with heart—someone who takes pride in their work and wants to make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do

✅ Represent clients in Immigration Court and USCIS interviews

✅ Draft and file petitions, motions, legal briefs, and supporting documents

✅ Conduct consultations and convert leads into long-term clients

✅ Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure high-quality filings

✅ Supervise aspects of casework and help mentor junior team members

✅ Participate in community outreach and pro bono events

What You Bring

✔️ JD and licensed to practice law in any U.S. state

✔️ Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)

✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in family-based immigration

✔️ Strong writing, research, and client communication skills

✔️ Highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and mission-driven
