Georges Cote, LLP is seeking motivated immigration attorneys to join our team and work closely with our Partners in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients. We are a mid-sized firm with a strong focus on Immigration and Personal Injury law. **Responsibilities:**

- Represent clients before EOIR as necessary.

- Appear in Massachusetts Family Courts for SIJS (Special Immigrant Juvenile Status) cases as needed.

- Attend USCIS interviews at local offices when required.

- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.

- Manage and oversee case progress.

- Represent clients before various government agencies.

- Organize and maintain case files and relevant documents.

- Track and monitor case developments and critical dates.

- Prepare immigration forms and related documentation.

- Handle correspondence with clients, agencies, and courts.

- Keep clients updated on case status and manage client expectations effectively.

**Qualifications:**

- Active member of the Massachusetts Bar in good standing.

- Detail-oriented and well-organized.

- Effective team player.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong research, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous but not required.
