Requirements:

- Must have significant and recent experience in business and employment-based immigration
- Admitted to the bar with a valid license to practice law

- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures, particularly in the field of immigration law

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client communication and case representation

- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice.

Salary will be based on experience, and additional benefits may be provided.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis in immigration law to support client cases.
Draft and prepare legal documents, including petitions and applications for various immigration statuses.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
Stay informed about changes in immigration regulations and policies to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with other legal professionals to negotiate and resolve complex immigration matters.
