What You'll be Doing?

As a member of our paralegal team, you'll work closely with our attorneys to prepare and manage a variety of employment-based immigration matters while serving as a trusted point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing immigration petitions and applications.
Communicating with corporate clients and foreign nationals throughout the immigration process.
Managing multiple active cases and ensuring deadlines are met.
Drafting forms, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
Collecting and organizing evidence for immigration filings.
Maintaining accurate case records and tracking case progress.
Working closely with attorneys to deliver exceptional client service.
