The Immigration Group at this firm seeks a Business Immigration Paralegal with 4+ years of experience to provide support to a high-volume immigration practice.

Responsibilities:

• Intake cases, troubleshoot, and establish case strategy.

• Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing with the appropriate government agency.

• Draft petitions, applications, and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits.

• Oversee status of cases. • Take on other responsibilities as assigned. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree. • Extensive H-1B and L-1 experience required.

• 4+ years of relevant experience at a law firm.

• Knowledge of principles and practices, legal terminology, and research techniques.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/status/issues to supervisor.

• Demonstrated flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team.

• Demonstrated leadership by taking ownership of assigned cases and demonstrated accountability for case progress.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $85,000 to $100,000 (commensurate with experience) - The salary offered to a successful candidate will depend upon many factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.

• This firm offers a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, HSA Account, Retirement Plan, and more.

• They also offer a hybrid work schedule with the expectation of being in the office 3 days/week.
