About the Role
Looking for at least 3 years of business immigration experience. Mostly remote work schedule. May have to go to office once in a while.
Responsibilities
- Analyze case documents and prepare visa and work permit applications for filing with the appropriate foreign government agency.
- Draft applications and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of business immigration experience.
Preferred Skills
- US business immigration experience or global mobility (immigration) experience
- Familiarity with visa classification and immigration benefits.
