What You’ll Do
- Manage full lifecycle of business immigration cases—from intake through filing and follow-up
- Analyze documentation and develop strategic case approaches
- Prepare and draft petitions, applications, and detailed support letters for visa classifications and immigration benefits
- Handle high-volume caseloads with precision, urgency, and accountability
- Monitor case progress and proactively communicate updates, risks, and timelines
- Collaborate with a high-caliber team in a dynamic, client-focused environment
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of business immigration paralegal experience in a fast-paced law firm environment
- Strong hands-on experience with H-1B and L-1 visa matters (required)
- Deep understanding of immigration procedures, legal terminology, and case strategy
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and leadership in managing case responsibilities
