Newly licensed attorneys are welcomed to apply. We are seeking a detail-oriented attorney to join our team. If you are compassionate and committed to client advocacy, then you have found the right firm. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience in the following areas:
- Master Calendar and Individual Hearings before the EOIR.
- Bond Hearings.
- Family Based USCIS interviews.
- Waivers with USCIS.
- Appeals before the EOIR and BIA.
- Spanish required.
- Any knowledge in Personal Injury is a plus.
