Salary: $96,000–$105,000 annually
Schedule: Full-Time
Language: Fluent English & Spanish Required
License: Active Texas Bar License Required
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Lead Immigration Attorney to help launch and grow a new humanitarian immigration practice in Houston.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing practice while receiving strong operational, administrative, and marketing support.
What You'll Do
- Represent clients in Removal Defense (EOIR) proceedings
- Handle humanitarian immigration matters, including VAWA, T-Visas, Asylum, and related relief
- Develop legal strategies and guide clients throughout the immigration process
- Serve as the lead attorney for the Houston practice
- Build strong relationships with clients and the local immigrant community
- Partner with legal support staff to ensure efficient case management and excellent client service
- Help establish and grow the practice within the Houston market
What We're Looking For
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing
- Experience practicing immigration law
- Removal Defense (EOIR) and/or humanitarian immigration experience strongly preferred
- Fluent English and Spanish – required
- Strong advocacy, communication, and client relationship skills
- Compassionate, client-focused approach
- Ability to take ownership and thrive in a growing practice
Compensation & Benefits
