LHH is seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal to support a dynamic and fast-paced immigration practice in Tampa, FL. This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented professional with a strong background in employment-based immigration and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload. The Business Immigration Paralegal will provide comprehensive support on a variety of corporate immigration matters, including H-1B petitions, O and P visa renewals, and E-2 visa applications processed through consulates.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file nonimmigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, O, and P visas
- Support E-2 visa applications, including consular processing and documentation
- Draft immigration forms, correspondence, and supporting documents for attorney review
- Manage case files to ensure accuracy and timely submission of all petitions
- Communicate directly with clients to gather required documentation and provide status updates
- Track deadlines and maintain organized records within case management systems
- Assist attorneys with a broad range of business immigration matters as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Business Immigration Paralegal strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with H-1B, O, P, and E-2 visa processes required
- Solid understanding of USCIS procedures, forms, and filing requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
