Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Law Clerk in Diamond Bar, CA. The Law Clerk will work under the direct supervision of licensed attorneys and support case preparation through legal research, document drafting, and file management.

Duties:

Conduct legal and regulatory research related to U.S. immigration law and foreign legal systems relevant to client matters, including EB-5, L-1A, EB-1C, and E-2 visa cases. Analyze legal frameworks governing business ownership, capital flow, and lawful source of funds. Assist attorneys in preparing petitions and supporting documentation by identifying, translating, and citing foreign statutes, regulations, and legal commentaries. Prepare legal correspondence, organize case files, manage deadlines, and assist in case preparation.

Minimum Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree.

Strong legal research and writing skills required.

No prior experience required.

Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.

Position Details:

40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Wage: $37–$40 per hour (or prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor).
