About Us:
We are a growing immigration consulting company located in Irvine, CA. We assist clients with a wide range of U.S. immigration matters, including family-based immigration, marriage green cards, adjustment of status, work permits, asylum-related filings, court-related case support, and other immigration documentation services.
We are currently looking for an experienced Immigration Case Manager / Project Manager who is familiar with U.S. immigration procedures and can manage client cases with professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
This position is best suited for someone who has prior experience working at an immigration law firm, immigration consulting office, or as a legal assistant/paralegal in an immigration-related practice.
Responsibilities:
- Manage immigration cases from intake to filing
- Communicate with clients and follow up on required documents
- Prepare and review immigration forms and supporting document packages
- Organize case files and track deadlines
- Assist with family-based petitions, marriage green cards, adjustment of status, work permits, travel documents, asylum-related filings, and other immigration matters
- Coordinate with attorneys, consultants, clients, and internal team members
- Provide case updates to clients in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are complete before submission
- Help ensure each case is handled efficiently, accurately, and professionally
Requirements:
- Previous experience in U.S. immigration case processing is required
- Familiar with USCIS forms and immigration filing procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English preferred
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with family-based immigration, marriage green cards, asylum, EAD, I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131, or I-864 is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working at an immigration law firm is strongly preferred
- Experience as a legal assistant, immigration assistant, or paralegal is preferred
- Knowledge of USCIS, EOIR, NVC, and immigration case timelines
- Strong document review and client follow-up skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and manage case progress independently
Compensation:
- Competitive pay based on immigration case experience
- Higher compensation may be considered for candidates who can independently handle cases
- Performance bonuses may be available for experienced and efficient candidates
- Compensation will be discussed during the interview based on qualifications and experience
