Overview
The Danquah Law Group, LLC. (DLG) — a small but busy, mission-driven immigration practice in Brookhaven, GA. We are updating and transitioning and seeking an experienced Practice Liaison / Manager to stabilize front-office operations, train new hires, and drive measurable improvements in speed-to-lead, consult conversions, and compliance. This role partners closely with ownership to implement SOPs, quality controls and define employee positions.
Role Snapshot
You are an immigration operations pro who can translate attorney strategy into daily workflows. You’ll audit our intake and calendaring systems, establish standards, train our team, and report weekly on KPIs. You enjoy building order, coaching people, and turning chaos into clean, repeatable processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit current intake, scheduling, and e-filing/service workflows; recommend a 60-stabilization plan.
- Create/implement SOPs for phones, intake triage, payments/AR, scanning & naming, ECAS/ICE eService, and data hygiene.
- Train new front-office admins, and case processors.
- Own ‘speed-to-lead’ and consult conversion playbooks; institute call-back SLAs and voicemail hygiene.
- Coordinate with attorneys on docket priorities; prepare checklists and consult packs for common case types (I-130/I-485, VAWA, U/T, Removal).
- Ensure PII/security compliance (MFA, clean desk, consent, conflict checks) and prevent UPL by non-lawyers.
- Document change logs and hand off a clean training manual at project end.
Must-Haves
- 5+ years in immigration and law firm operations (family/humanitarian and/or removal defense).
- Hands-on with Docketwise (or similar CMS), RingCentral (or similar VOIP), EOIR ECAS e-filing, and ICE eService.
- Proven track record training front-office staff; can produce scripts, SOPs, and QA scorecards.
- Detail and follow-through: you measure outcomes and coach to them.
