Role Description
Immigration Paralegal & Immigration Case Manager (Bilingual English– Spanish)
Location: Peachtree Corners, GA
Positions Available:
- Immigration Paralegal (2–5 years of experience)
- Immigration Case Manager (1–2 years of experience)
Overview
We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented, and bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) professionals to join our growing Immigration Legal Team. These roles are crucial in supporting attorneys with various immigration cases, ensuring that documentation is accurate, deadlines are met, and client communication remains exceptional.
Both positions require excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties (for both roles)
- Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide case updates.
- Maintain accurate case files and track deadlines.
- Proficiency with legal software such as Clio is a strong plus.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.
Position-Specific Requirements
Immigration Paralegal (2–5 years of experience)
- Prior experience in immigration law required (business immigration experience is a plus).
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
Immigration Case Manager (1–2 years of experience)
- Prior experience in immigration law required (experience in business immigration and/or removal proceedings is a plus).
- Strong organizational and case management skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume caseloads with accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications (for both roles)
- Bilingual: English + Spanish or Portuguese (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
