About Us:
We are a boutique immigration law firm dedicated to helping families and individuals navigate the U.S. immigration system with compassion, integrity, and professionalism. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented bilingual (Spanish/English) paralegal to join our team. No prior legal experience is necessary — we will train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with preparing immigration forms, filings, and evidence packets
Communicate with clients in both Spanish and English
Maintain accurate records in our case management system
Follow up with clients for missing information and documents
Perform administrative support and case tracking

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (required)
Fluency in both Spanish and English (required)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to professionalism, timeliness, and accuracy
