```Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team. As an Immigration Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting our attorneys with various immigration matters. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic legal environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis to support attorneys in preparing immigration cases
- Assist attorneys in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including petitions, applications, and affidavits
- Maintain case files and ensure all necessary documents are properly organized and filed
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for their cases
- Conduct client interviews to gather relevant details and assist with case strategy development
- Prepare immigration forms and applications accurately and efficiently
- Assist with the preparation of evidence for hearings or trials
- Transcribe legal documents, correspondence, and other materials as needed
- Coordinate with government agencies, courts, and other parties involved in the immigration process
- Stay up-to-date on changes in immigration laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal
- Strong knowledge of immigration law and procedures
- Proficiency in legal research using Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct client interviews with sensitivity and professionalism
- Familiarity with legal drafting techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team of attorneys

-- Knowledge of Russian, and/or Spanish is preferred
