Top Long Island immigration law firm is seeking a CALENDAR LEGAL CLERK/SPANISH SPEAKING TRANSLATOR to join our team ASAP for our CENTRAL ISLIP OFFICE. This is a Full Time position.

The core duties and responsibilities of the Calendar Legal Clerk revolves around the maintaining and creating the Law Office Calendar (LOC). The Calendar Legal Clerk must be detail oriented and must be able to produce the LOC timely.

Coordinate the EOIR court dates, USCIS appointments, ERO appointments.
Prepare Law office calendar and distribute the calendar timely.
Assignment of attorneys to courts/cases (in-house and per-diem),example calling and coordinating the cases.
Review all incoming case emails from EOIR and USCIS to proper assignment on calendar
Review EOIR case portals and 800# daily to verify court dates
Translating as necessary, providing administrative support to other departments, as needed.
Must be proficient using Microsoft Office 365 Programs.
Must have organizational skills.
Will also be a translator between attorney and clients.

SCHEDULE IS FROM TUESDAY-SATURDAYS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
