Our small, well-established U.S. immigration law firm is seeking an ON-SITE seasoned Business Immigration Paralegal to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience handling a broad range of employment-based immigration matters and be looking to grow long-term within a collaborative and respectful work environment.
About the Firm
We are a boutique law practice primarily focused on U.S. business immigration, including E-1, E-2, L-1, H-1B, O-1, and employment-based green card processes (PERM, Eb-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, and EB-5). Our firm also handles, on a limited basis, family-based immigration and naturalization. We are known for our personalized approach, high professional standards, and collegial team dynamic.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, draft, and file a wide variety of business immigration petitions
- Conduct legal and factual research and prepare detailed case summaries
- Interface directly with clients to gather required documents and information
- Monitor deadlines and maintain detailed case tracking systems
- Assist the principal attorney with managing and strategizing complex matters
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of solid experience as a paralegal in U.S. business immigration
- Mastery of core categories including E-2, L-1, H-1B, O-1, P-1, PERM, EB-1C, and EB-2 NIW
- Excellent research, writing, and drafting skills
- Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Client-focused, dependable, and highly professional
- French fluency is a strong asset, as many of our clients are French-speaking professionals and investors

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
