Responsibilities:
- Collect and review evidence received from clients
- Answer calls and emails from clients
- Keep record of all client communications.
- Maintain filing and storage systems
- Filing Organization and Preparation of cases
- Greet and assist clients and respond to questions and requests for information
- Retrieve documents and files when requested, generate memos, emails, and correspondences when appropriate
- Draft Immigration forms; Immigration Court Filings and legal briefs as necessary
- Keep record of all case processes
Qualifications:
- Paralegal Certification (prefered)
- 2+ years experience in a immigration paralegal capacity; willing to train from intermediate proficiency
- Proficiency in MS Office, G- Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Immigration Case management software
- 60 WPM or higher
- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
