Immigration Paralegal – Part-Time ( 6 Hours)
Location: Hollywood, FL
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team on a part-time basis (6 hours per day). The ideal candidate must have proven experience specifically with O visas and P visas, in addition to handling a variety of other immigration petitions.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage immigration cases, with emphasis on O and P visa petitions.
Draft support letters, affidavits, contracts, and USCIS forms.
Collect and review client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain case files, deadlines, and internal tracking systems.
Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish to gather information, provide updates, and answer inquiries.
Assist attorneys with filings before USCIS and related agencies.
Requirements:
Prior experience with O and P visa petitions is mandatory.
At least 2 years of experience as an immigration paralegal.
Strong organizational and drafting skills.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (oral and written).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines.
Proficiency in USCIS forms, MS Office, and case management systems.
Job Details:
Part-Time: 6 hours per day.
Compensation: Salary + performance bonus.
Work Model: Hybrid (some days remote, some days at our Hollywood, FL office).
