Pay Range: $35 - $50 per hour (commensurate with experience)

A leading provider of advanced electronic solutions is seeking an experienced
Immigration Specialist to support its U.S. immigration program. This role is critical in ensuring compliance and a seamless experience for international employees, working in close coordination with internal teams and external legal counsel. The company operates in a B2B model, delivering integrated solutions across components, modules, and substrates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of visa and immigration services across the organization
- Act as the primary point of contact for immigration-related matters for employees, new hires, and managers
- Advise recruiters and hiring managers on immigration options and strategy at the pre-offer stage
- Analyze and review visa extensions and green card processes monthly
- Initiate employment-based visa petitions and green card applications
- Support export control procedures in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Handle invoice submissions, track billing accuracy, and resolve discrepancies with vendors
- Ensure legal documentation is prepared accurately and meets compliance standards
- Maintain immigration records and track case progress using internal systems
- Stay current on immigration law and policy changes; consult with external counsel as needed
- Provide regular reporting on immigration metrics and compliance
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 8+ years of experience in U.S. corporate immigration, preferably within a large, global organization
- Deep understanding of nonimmigrant visa types including H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT/CPT, L-1, O-1, and E-3
- Solid experience with immigrant visa processes including PERM, I-140, and Adjustment of Status
- Familiarity with export control requirements and documentation
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to explain immigration processes to diverse audiences
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
