Immigration Specialist

Only W-2 Candidate

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage the end-to-end visa and immigration processes, ensuring efficient and compliant execution.

· Deliver a consistent and high-quality experience for employees, new hires, and managers.

· Advise candidates on immigration strategies during the pre-offer phase.

· Review and analyze monthly reports for visa extensions and green card applications.

· Initiate visa and green card processing for new hires and candidates.

· Assist with export control procedures as needed.

· Handle invoice processing, resolve discrepancies with vendors, and ensure timely payments.

· Oversee daily immigration operations while staying current on evolving immigration laws and regulations.

· Validate client-provided information and ensure accuracy in preparing and reviewing legal documentation.

· Collaborate with legal counsel on complex immigration matters.

· Track and maintain records for all visa and green card applications.

· Perform additional administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

· At least 8 years of corporate immigration experience, preferably within a large multinational company.

· Ability to clearly communicate immigration topics to various stakeholders.

· In-depth knowledge of non-immigrant visa categories, including H-1B, F-1, TN, L-1, O-1, and E-3.

· Strong understanding of employment-based green card processes such as PERM, I-140, and Adjustment of Status (AOS).

· Excellent communication skills and discretion in handling confidential information.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong customer service skills to effectively support daily interactions.

· Prior experience in a high-tech or technology-focused organization is highly preferred.
