We are currently seeking a sincere, focused, and responsible Immigration Paralegal to join us in person at our San Jose office.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks

✅ Excellent case management and deadline compliance skills

✅ Legal background is a plus — but we are willing to train the right candidate

✅ 1–2 years of experience in litigation or immigration law is preferred, but not required

✅ Clear written and verbal communication skills

✅ Fluency in Hindi or Punjabi is strongly preferred

✅ Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and available for on-site work

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage immigration removal defense cases from start to finish

🔹 Work directly with attorneys on filings, evidence, declarations, and motions

🔹 Handle communications with clients to gather documentation and facts

🔹 Track court deadlines and ensure timely submissions

🔹 Organize prior filings and records; review for consistency and completeness

🔹 Support preparation for hearings and merits cases

🔹 Apply sound judgment under pressure and tight timelines
