Business Immigration Attorney for a long-term engagement. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading legal team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The position is based
onsite in San Francisco, with potential hybrid flexibility for the right candidate.
Position Details
- Location: Onsite in San Francisco (5 days/week)
- Hybrid option (3 days onsite) may be considered for the right candidate
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Initial 3-month term with strong potential for extension
- Compensation: $55/hour
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of nonimmigrant visa matters
- Prepare and file petitions, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, and other H-visas
- Conduct legal research and draft supporting documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide high-quality service
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience practicing business immigration law
- Demonstrated expertise in nonimmigrant visa applications, particularly H-1B, L-1, O-1, and similar visa types
- Excellent legal research, writing, and client communication skills
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
