Job Description:
Take on a role where your skills and expertise directly impact the lives of individuals seeking justice and safety in the United States. As a Senior Associate Immigration Attorney, you will work on cases that go beyond legal processes, becoming an advocate and guide for survivors and their families. Your work will be instrumental in delivering life-changing outcomes for clients navigating the complexities of T-Visas, U-Visas, and other humanitarian immigration pathways.
Responsibilities:
- Continuously acquire knowledge of immigration law and procedures
- Conduct legal research and writing when necessary
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our legal services to prospective clients, fostering a confident decision-making process.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience from initial consultation through to case resolution.
- Provide feedback to the Leads and Marketing Teams on pre-screening processes and marketing techniques to enhance outreach
- Review and assist in the preparation of USCIS applications, meeting key deadlines. Specific case types may include:
- T-VISA, U-VISA, VAWA, I-601A/I-601, Adjustment of Status, Naturalization, Removal of Conditional Residence, Parole-in-Place, DACA, Consular Processing, etc.
- Conduct client meetings to discuss additional legal services or change in circumstances/reassess client relief eligibility
- Conduct client meetings to review FOIA results
- Conduct client meetings after case conclusion/closure
- Prepare clients for USCIS appointments including N400, adjustment of status, consular processing and other interviews/procedures.
- Remote Appearances before the U.S. Citizenship Immigration Services
- Adhere and maintain professionalism at all times and adhere to company core values
- Engage in leadership and management training, equipping you with the tools to mentor and guide your support team effectively.
- Collaborate on developing strategies to enhance team performance and streamline case management, aligning with our commitment to client success.
- Conduct initial consultations with prospect clients throughout the work week
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Bar license.
- A minimum of 5 years of direct experience with USCIS case management.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential to effectively communicate and advocate for our predominantly Spanish-speaking clientele.
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive starting salary $120,000 - $125,000 per year, reflective of experience and expertise.

- Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. PST
