Bade Law Group, LLC is a boutique immigration law firm based in Brookline, Massachusetts. We help families and individuals navigate the U.S. immigration process with compassion, clarity, and precision.

Our work focuses predominantly on family-based and humanitarian immigration cases, including marriage-based green cards, consular processing, T visas, detained cases, and related relief.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Full-Time Immigration Attorney, you will manage your own caseload while working closely with our team to deliver high-quality, client-centered legal services.

You will:

Manage a caseload of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, asylum applications, and naturalization cases.
Conduct client consultations and ongoing case strategy discussions.
Prepare and review applications, petitions, affidavits, and supporting evidence.
Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and guidance.
Represent clients at USCIS interviews, immigration hearings, and other proceedings as needed.
Conduct legal research and stay current on changes in immigration law and policy.
Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and team members to ensure cases move forward efficiently.
Supervise interns or support staff, as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Massachusetts state bar.
Minimum of 1-2 years of immigration law experience preferred (strong entry-level candidates may be considered).
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
Excellent client communication skills and ability to explain complex issues in plain language.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
