~ Hold a Texas law license in good standing.
~ Have 5+ years of immigration law experience with proven mastery in:
~ U-Visas
~ Work Visas
~ Business Immigration experience is a plus
~ Successfully lead and manage legal support teams.
~ Possess superior writing skills and persuasive legal arguments.
