We are an Immigration Law Firm located in Las Colinas looking for a Paralegal that can grow with us and assist us in all types of immigration cases, like: Family-Based petitions, U visas, PERM, NIW, E2, L1a, and etc. Working full time, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree is required OR paralegal degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in immigration law is required.
- Must have good writing skills to write affidavits and declarations.
Job Duties:
- Researching law
- Contacting USCIS/NVC regarding clients cases
- Writing Memos, declarations, affidavits, and etc.
- Preparing clients application/petitions/cover letters and etc.
- Contacting Client regarding missing information, sending checklists, giving case updates, and etc.
- Filling Clients petitions
