I'm currently partnering with a respected law firm seeking an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to support a busy employment-based immigration practice.
✅ 3+ years of business immigration experience preferred
✅ Experience with H-1B, PERM, I-140, L-1, TN, and Adjustment of Status matters
✅ Salary: $35-43/hr
✅ Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k)
✅ Supporting a leave of absence
