Responsibilities

Conduct community outreach regarding immigration legal services
Communicate with clients to coordinate intake and document collection
Assist with the preparation of immigration forms per established procedures
Maintain client files with all client interactions, case developments, and appropriate documentation
Prepare reports for grantors or funding agencies in a timely manner
Manage Immigration calendar and all client appointments

Experience/Education

Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Language fluency strongly preferred: Burmese, Rohingya, Swahili, Kinyarwanda or Arabic
Minimum of one year of experience in the field of Immigration Legal Services preferred
Experience in Salesforce preferred
Proficiency in E-immigration software and other relevant legal software preferred
Strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures
Must be highly organized and proficient in creating strong interpersonal relationships
Ability to maintain and promote confidentiality and ethical standards
Must have strong computer skills including: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and Teams)
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and exhibit attention to detail
Experience working with individuals and groups from diverse communities

Compensation: The base annual salary range for this role is $47,000-$48,500 commensurate with education and experience. A generous benefits package is offered with full-time employment.
