- Active license to practice law in any U.S. state (California Bar not required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transactional immigration (primarily PERM, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, L-1, and E-2) and/or removal defense and immigration litigation
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent client communication skills
